How to use

First week: Use once every 3 days, max. 10 minutes at a time.
Second week: Use once every 2 days, max 10 minutes at a time.
Third week: Use once every 2 days, max 10-15 minutes at a time.
Fourth week: Use once a day, max 10-15 minutes at a time.
