Bugaboo Giraffe high chair with baby set

Bugaboo are reaching out with an important safety update regarding your purchase of the Bugaboo Giraffe high chair with baby set.
If the screws connecting the high chair’s legs weren’t fully tightened by the customer during set up, the screws may become loose over time. In that case, the legs of the high chair can detach from the frame when a baby is seated in the baby set and is pushing against the footrest. This presents a falling hazard.
Safety is paramount to ensure the well-being of Bugaboo’s customers and their children. To decrease the potential for incorrect installation of the screws, Bugaboo have developed a free Repair Kit. This Repair Kit includes:
- A redesigned set of screws
- An improved Allen key for easier installation
- A step-by-step instruction manual
These updated components are designed to provide better stability. The replacement is simple and can be done at home in just a few minutes.
In the meantime, if you intend to continue using your Bugaboo Giraffe high chair with baby set until you have replaced the screws using the Repair Set, you can only do so safely if the footrest is in its lowest position. You can put the footrest in its lowest position by pressing the two buttons located on either side of the footrest while sliding the footrest down.

Affected Gift Sets Were Sold Between 30th August 2024 and 6th December 2024 and features the 2-tone design and Radley logo as per image.
Product identification barcode can be found on the back of the gift carton: 5016155273331.
We have been informed of a potential safety issue with the mug in this set. In some instances, the base of the mug is cracking and separating when in use, therefore, this product is being recalled.
The safety and well-being of our customers is very important to us so we’re asking that you stop using the mug and return it to your nearest Boots store at your earliest convenience for a full refund.

Reason for recall
Boots have today issued a safety recall regarding contamination of Boots Allergy Eye Mist 10ml and have asked users of the affected product to stop using them immediately. They should return their product to the place of purchase.
Anyone feeling unwell, for example, with symptoms of eye infection, such as reduced vision, red and painful eye, should contact a healthcare professional and tell them that they have been using a recalled eye mist.
