Bathing with Lavender Oil helps to unwind before sleep, preparing you for a peaceful night's sleep. For massage, blend up to 5 drops of essential oil into 10ml of Botanics Unfragranced Base Massage Oil. Partner with our Peaceful Night Lavender & Sweet Marjoram Pillow Mist to calm mind, body and soul for a good night's sleep.

For external use only. Never apply neat oils to the skin, always dilute in a carrier oil.
