How to use

Swallow the tablet with water.
Adults and children of 16 years and over: Take one tablet 20 minutes before you go to bed.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to.
Do not give to children under 16 years of age.
Hazards and Cautions
Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness. If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, please consult your doctor.
Do not take:
• if you have ever had an allergic reaction to diphenhydramine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients.
• if you have an obstruction in your stomach or gut (for example, because of an ulcer).
• if you are pregnant, breast-feeding or receiving prescribed medicines. If your sleeping difficulties persist, see your doctor.
