Boots Menopause & Me, supplements designed to support you & your menopause journey.
Mind & Focus has been created to support you when you’re struggling to maintain focus & concentration, which may make day-to-day life quite challenging. It contains a variety of Vitamins & Minerals including Pantothenic Acid to support mental performance & Zinc to help cognitive function and concentration. Ginkgo is a natural ingredient native to China and is linked to also supporting healthy cognitive function and mental performance.
Our formula also contains high levels of Vitamin B6 for regulation of hormonal activity and Vitamin D for healthy bones and muscles, both important nutrients during & after menopause.
Free from Artificial Colours, Flavours and Preservatives. Lactose Free.

How to use
