Bioglan uses type I collagen, which is the most abundant form of collagen found in the body and more particularly in the skin. It can also be found in hair follicle and nail bed dermis.

How to use
2 tablets per day.
Dissolve 1 tablet, twice daily, in a glass of cold water (200ml) to make a pleasant berry flavour drink.
